




During my involvement with Monniverse, I identified key friction points that affected the platform’s usability, clarity, and growth potential. These insights were categorized into four core areas for actionable improvement:
Product & Feature Clarity
• The platform lacked a clear and discoverable core offering - users couldn’t easily understand what Monniverse was or why it mattered.
• There was no consistent value proposition around content creation, engagement, or community participation.
• The v1 structure combined too many elements - art, NFTs, social mechanics - without a unified narrative or interactive flow.
UX & User Flow Gaps
• The user journey was fragmented, with disjointed entry points and unclear onboarding steps.
• Visual hierarchy was weak; essential CTAs like “Mint” and navigation items were buried in a noisy layout.
• The experience lacked onboarding guidance, there were no tooltips, walkthroughs, or tutorials to help new users get started.
Community & Engagement Weaknesses
• Community involvement was passive, there was no incentive loop to bring users back or encourage referrals.
• Discord lacked structure and culture; community building felt disconnected from the core product.
• Feedback loops were missing, there was no consistent system to gather and act on user insights.
Strategic & Structural Gaps
• The platform had no clearly presented business model, users and partners couldn’t see how Monniverse aimed to generate value.
• Token and NFT utilities were vague, with no clear earning paths, staking logic, or ongoing user benefits.
• The brand lacked a distinct voice, lore, and tone to differentiate itself in the Web3 ecosystem.
• There was no public roadmap, litepaper, or performance benchmarks - limiting alignment, visibility, and trust.

• Designed community incentive structures to support the tokenomics model, including advanced tracking through custom-built sheets.
