Throughout my involvement with Moseiki, I identified multiple friction points in both the user experience and operational structure. These observations were categorized into key themes for actionable insights:
Onboarding & Access Issues
• Onboarding flow was buggy and poorly structured, the user journey was not linear or intuitive.
• Key sign-up methods like Gmail and Apple were missing, limiting accessibility.
• Handle minting was costly, lacked explanation, and created confusion due to the in-app currency payment step.
UX & Interaction Friction
• The feed included redundant UI elements that distracted from core actions.
• Post and comment layers (including “super comments”) were confusing, with missing visual cues such as verified badges.
• Notifications lacked categorization and didn’t offer redirection to user profiles or content.
• Tipping flow and NFT post creation were complex, with no decimal value input and unclear steps.
Incentives & Growth Mechanics
• The reward system was not habit-forming or compelling enough to drive repeat engagement.
• Referral mechanics were limited in design and reach.
• Participation in reward programs was complex and under-communicated.
Structural & Operational Gaps
• No Help Center or Discord structure to guide new users or support feedback loops.
• No clear whitepaper or business model diagram - the broader vision and ecosystem logic were unclear.
• Lack of benchmarking data to support growth hypotheses or product-market fit validation.
• Tokenomics was drafted but lacked stronger incentive alignment and emission.
